REFUND POLICY

1. The registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
2. The Uniform fee is NON-REFUNDABLE after September 3th.
3. The Competition fee is NON-REFUNDABLE after January 1st.
4. A $50.00 administration fee applies to ALL refunds.

5. Fees will be refunded according to the following schedule
a. 100% of remaining fees, up to September 30th
b. 75% of remaining fees, up to November 30th
c. 50% of remaining fees, up to January 15th
d. NO refund after February 15th

All refund request MUST BE MADE IN WRITING to
Sharon@cheerforcewolfpack.com before reimbursements can be made.
